Every botulinum toxin price at the clinic, on one page. Every application requires a prior medical assessment, and the dose and injection points are individualized to your anatomy, your muscle strength and the physician's judgement.

Full upper face — $5,000

Forehead, glabella (between the brows) and crow's feet in a single session. Softens expression lines and refreshes the eyes while keeping a natural look: the goal isn't a frozen face, it's looking rested.

Facial add-ons — from $900

Small areas treated on their own or alongside the upper face, to refine details and balance your expression:

• Bunny lines — the fine creases along the bridge of the nose.
• DAO — the corners of the mouth, when they turn down and read as sadness at rest.
• Chin (mentalis), for the "orange peel" dimpling.

The final price depends on how many areas are treated and on the dose; it's set at the assessment.

Masseter — $4,500 to $6,500

Applied to both masseter muscles, 30 to 50 units in total, in the jaw area. Refines the jawline, improves lower-face harmony and may help with bruxism or jaw tension.

The price range isn't a sales trick: the dose depends on how developed the muscle is, and that varies a lot between people. It's determined at the assessment, and you get the exact figure before anything is injected.

Platysmal bands — $1,500

Superficial application to the vertical bands of the neck (platysma muscle). Improves cervical contour and softens the bands while keeping a natural look.

Medical treatments with botulinum toxin

Here the toxin isn't cosmetic but therapeutic, and always after an assessment:

• Axillary hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating), both underarms.
• Chronic migraine — for people with 15 or more headache days a month. The assessment costs $600 and is credited toward treatment if you go ahead. Treatment follows the PREEMPT protocol (155 units across 31 sites, every 12 weeks) and runs around $15,000 MXN per session.

What the appointment is like

We use topical anesthetic before injecting. That extends the appointment to 45–60 minutes — against about 20 without it — but makes the procedure far more comfortable, especially if you're sensitive or afraid of needles.

Before you come

• If you can, avoid alcohol, aspirin and anti-inflammatories in the days beforehand: it lowers the risk of bruising.
• Come without make-up on the treatment area, or arrive early to remove it.
• Tell us what medications you take, and whether you've had toxin before — from whom and when.

Afterwards

• Don't lie down or bend forward for 4 hours.
• Don't massage or rub the area that day.
• Avoid intense exercise, saunas and prolonged direct sun for 24 hours.
• The effect starts showing between day 3 and day 7, and settles around day 14.

Who isn't a candidate

Pregnancy and breastfeeding, neuromuscular disease (myasthenia gravis, Eaton-Lambert), active infection at the treatment site, or known allergy to botulinum toxin or albumin. If you take aminoglycosides or other drugs affecting neuromuscular transmission, tell us at the assessment.
