FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Do you see patients the same day?
Yes, by appointment within our hours and subject to availability. The fastest way to get one is on WhatsApp at +52 612 159 0306.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash in pesos or dollars (at a fixed exchange rate), SPEI transfer, and credit or debit cards (Mexican and foreign, via Mercado Pago or Stripe). We do not add a card surcharge.
Do you accept medical insurance?
We don't bill insurers directly, but we provide receipts, medical reports and all documentation your insurance needs for reimbursement.
What should I bring to my visit?
Official ID, your current medication list, and any prior tests or medical notes you have.
Do you speak English?
Yes. Both the physician and the clinical chemist are fluent in English. No translator needed.
Do you handle emergencies?
As an appointment-based clinic, we are not an emergency service. For emergencies call 911. We do offer same-day visits within our hours, subject to availability.
Do I need to fast for my lab work?
It depends on the test. Blood chemistry, lipid panel and glucose generally require 8–12 hours of fasting. When you book on WhatsApp we'll tell you exactly how to prepare.
How long do lab results take?
Most routine tests are ready the same day or the next. We send them by WhatsApp or email, and the doctor reviews them with you at no extra charge when they were ordered during a consultation.

We listen, we explain, we stay with you.
