Botulinum toxin applied by a physician

At LBHC, type A botulinum toxin is applied by a physician with specific training, inside a licensed clinic, and always after an assessment. This is not a salon service — it is a medical procedure and it is treated as one.

Areas and applications

• Full upper face: forehead, glabella and crow's feet — $5,000.
• Facial add-ons: bunny lines, mouth corners (DAO) and chin — from $900.
• Contour and definition: masseter ($4,500–$6,500) and platysmal bands of the neck ($1,500).
• Bruxism and jaw pain: masseter application reduces involuntary clenching and the associated pain.
• Axillary hyperhidrosis: control of excessive sweating.
• Chronic migraine: application protocol as preventive treatment, in selected cases.

What to expect

The prior assessment is included. We use topical anesthetic before injecting, so the appointment runs 45–60 minutes rather than about 20; the procedure itself takes 15 to 30 minutes depending on the area. Effects begin between day three and day seven and peak at around two weeks. Typical duration is three to six months.

You receive written aftercare instructions and WhatsApp follow-up. If it's your first application, the recommendation is conservative — it's easier to add than to remove.
