A 45-minute visit, in your language

A consultation at LBHC lasts 45 minutes. That isn't a marketing figure — it's the time it takes to hear the full story, examine, explain, and leave you with a written plan. The physician is fluent in English and Spanish, so you don't need a translator or a companion to understand what's going on with your health.

What we treat

• General check-ups and preventive medicine.
• Respiratory, urinary and gastrointestinal infections.
• Pain, fever, general malaise.
• Chronic disease management: hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, thyroid.
• Interpretation of test results and treatment adjustment.
• Prescriptions, medical notes and specialist referrals.

Telemedicine

For follow-ups, lab results and visits that don't require a physical exam, telemedicine costs the same and lasts the same. It's especially useful for patients who have already left Los Barriles and want to continue their follow-up from home.

Seniors

A significant share of our patients are older adults. The visit includes review of polypharmacy, fall risk, memory, and coordination with family members when the patient authorizes it.
